Breaking for Removal
Specialties offers a variety of breakers to meet your needs. If your job requires a specific breaking size, we can accommodate. Our different sized hammers offer a diversity of sizing options. If you have a “Fast Track” project, we have the equipment to provide multiple hammers to expedite the breaking and removal process.

Rubblization
Specialties’ rubblization units consist of twelve to fourteen, one foot wide, 1200 pound hammers. Each hammer can be operated independently of the others to provide a custom breaking pattern. We can adjust for various concrete depths, reinforcements, ages and materials allowing Specialties Company to rubblize full depth in a single pass.

Crack and Seat
Specialties' uses the guillotine type hammer for the crack and seat process. Depending on the condition of the existing concrete, we can provide different sizes of hammers. Specialties' also has all of the necessary equipment to roll and seat broken pavement before resurfacing with asphalt.
