Foamed asphalt
Foamed or Expanded asphalt is a faster and less expensive way to reconstruct asphalt roads, streets and parking lots. Foamed asphalt recycles the existing pavement instead of removing and disposing of the pavement in a landfill. The process starts by mixing hot liquid asphalt with cold water causing the mixture to foam. As the pulverization of the roadway is taking place the foamed mixture is added creating an emulsion-free base that is substantially less expensive than traditional construction materials. Mixing, compaction and grading is performed in the same day, allowing you to reopen to traffic in less than 24 hours.
